Weekly Schedule
For the week of October 1st through 5th, there will be no evening or morning meditation or morning service. We will still have Wednesday, Friday and Sunday classes with service.

This service which is chanted regularly in Soto Zen temples, will be follwed by a Dharma talk.
This retreat begins with meditation and short morning service. From 10:30 am until 3:30 pm, on each half hour there will be sitting for 20 minutes, walking for 10 mins. and sitting for 20 mins. There will be a 10 minute break before the next meditation period begins.
