An opportunity for ‘just sitting’ for a number of hours, retreating within in the midst of our busy lives in the city.
Meditation periods are scheduled on the half hour: 20min sitting/10 minutes walking/20 minutes sitting. There is a 10 minute break until the next meditation period begins.
