services, 7:30pm meditation and vespers
Saturday 7:30 am meditation, 7:30pm meditation and vespers
Sunday 9:30 am Meditation & Walking Meditation, usual Sunday services

The Dharma discussion will be on various topics of training in the Soto Zen Tradition.

Meditation Morning

Meditation begins at 9:30am and consists of periods of seated meditation interspersed with walking meditation (roughly 25 minute periods of sitting and 10 minutes of walking) ending at around 11:30am. Meditation is followed by tea and a Dharma discussion. Please join in when you can.
