This morning’s schedule is an opportunity to come and get a little extra meditation.
Starting at 9:30am, we will have 25min periods of meditation alternating with walking meditation until 11:40am. Meditation will be followed by a Dharma discussion and you are welcome join us at any time during the morning for as much or little as you would like.
We will start the zoom meeting at 10:30am as usual with sound on in the meditation hall.
